Took my car in after a winter incident they did a really detailed job of inspecting and realigning. The suspension have no complaints whatsoever.

Great mechanics! I’m new to the area and needed a new mechanic. I have to say, I am so very pleased with the work they have done. When I took my car in for my first oil change with them, they did a thorough inspection of my car and let me know what items would need work in the future and a possible timeline. They were friendly and explained everything to me in easy to understand language. I highly recommend!!!

I took my 2023 Honda to Allen Automotive Service after hearing a squeak in my brakes, and they were amazing from start to finish. The team was super friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. They explained what they found in simple terms, showed me the worn parts, and didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need. What stood out the most was how honest and professional they were. Everything was priced fairly, and the work was done in the time frame they gave me. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. As a woman, I really appreciate how respectful and straightforward everyone was. I am very pleased with the service I received…professional, informative, not pushy and friendly. And they offered a free loaner car while mine was being worked on for a couple days. That was very much appreciated and convenient! My vehicle runs great now. So glad I found them.

KR auto repair went to bat for me. I had a third party transmission go out just outside of the warrantee. KR auto was able to get a replacement transmission at no cost to me. They are always courteous as well as helpful. I strongly recommend them for your auto repairs!

Awesome job!! Huge timing mechanism issue. The shop told me very early in the game that it would need a new engine which I opted not to replace. The shop literally saved me a couple of thousand dollars by providing me a quick honest assessment . Great job everyone!!

I thought it was the transmission (or cheap ties) but it turned out to be the wheel bearings and twelve other things. I spoke to Dave and we went over everything and prioritized what needed prompt attention. Most of the other issues were maintenance issues that I can plan to do as I’m able. So far my car is running very smoothly and quietly. So, I’m very pleased with their work and plan to use them for the rest of the work.

This place is awesome. It’s refreshing to work with honest people who aren’t trying to upsell you on every little thing. We have brought my truck and my wife’s jeep here and it’s been nothing but a great experience . I highly recommend this auto shop for anything car related.

Very knowledgeable for domestic and foreign cars. Me being a car guy, I know what a great mechanic should be. After quizzing them on several topics, these guys really know good mechanic skills and best practices. Highly recommend!

I have been going to them for years. They always have my back. They know how I don’t want to be stranded anywhere so they inspect my car which I appreciate. One time I was stranded because of my fobs but anyway they offered to have someone come & pick me up which I didn’t have them do but the offer was great.

Great service. Jared was amazing, explained everything that was needed to repair my vehicle. Got our family back on the road again. I would recommend them highly!

Fast friendly service. My oil light was on after an oil change(from Walmart). KR techs checked the vehicle, tightened the gasket, drove it to make sure they stopped the leak. They serviced the battery as cables showed corrosion. And did all of this for FREE. Great customer service and profession. If I lived in the area they would be my go to car shop!

As a woman I’ve never really felt good or confident about having to take my vehicle in for repairs, but Scott and his team really turned that around for me! Had a high pressure oil line go out while we were in the area for the holidays. Had it towed to KR the night of the 23rd thinking we’d be lucky to hear back before the end of the week with it being Christmas. We got a quote and info the very next day (Christmas Eve) and were able to pick the truck up Friday. Excellent service, answered every question honestly, work was done quickly and done well, and the guys were just great to work with! So grateful to have a trustworthy shop to go to when we are visiting family in Wisconsin!

I got a full vehicle inspection to see what’s wrong and they sent a very detailed list with pictures and descriptions of what needs to be done and was reasonably priced with no hidden fees like most places I’ve been in the past for the same thing. Jared did the inspection and he did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend

I left the car there, got a call Monday night defining what everything was and how much it would run. I okayed the service – got a call Tuesday afternoon that it was ready! Not only told me what was wrong before they started but also told me what checked out right! I have found my auto repair shop!

All was good except cover came off of interior filter container they had inspected. I had to return to have them quickly install. Not a big deal. All else. Was good. Only did oil. Change & tire rotation

My daughter found KR Auto Repair and I am glad she did. Now we take our vehicle there. They have proven to provide good customer service and excellent craftsmanship.

Scott and his guys do a great job! They are very knowledgeable, prompt with both getting the vehicle in for repairs as well as completing the repairs and their pricing is more than fair. We have been customers for many years and have always felt that the service has been great.

Walked in around 4pm without an appointment to see if they could replace the burned out front headlight on my Toyota Rav4. Surprisingly, it was no problem for them! I wanted to enjoy the luxurious massage chair in their clean, comfortable waiting area but my car was ready before I could settle in. I also asked to check on my windshield wiper blades because it rained all day. Fortunately, there was no need to replace the ones I had. Some other places might have sold me wipers that I didn’t need. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy from K.R. I will definitely return if/when I need any car repairs in the future. Amazing group of determined workers. Not only do they have fast problem solving skills, but they get the job done, and done right! They’re doing exceptionally well on my boyfriend’s truck, that has a transmission issue. On top of their work, their customer service is amazing too. Very reliable and easy to contact. Scott also went above and beyond with helping contact the warranty company, as we had issues with them. Seriously would not take our cars anywhere else!

Scott and his crew are as solid as they come. I have been coming here for many years with my vehicles. Honest when it comes to what’s needing replacement but also the guys will tell you they are keeping and eye on something they found as it’s not due just yet. Mechanics and service writer will take the time to educate so you fully understand. The main reason I come back is the attention to detail… doesn’t matter an oil change to brakes, there are no cut corners. If you want to be treated like family this is a place to come to.

I was happy that they could get the car in day after I called..They diagnosed problem w/air-conditioning system and called me same day. They didn’t have the part in-stock that day but called next day and told me it was working and ready to be picked up. I’ve had them do other repairs before this and was happy with that as well.
